The latest Vysionics ANPR average speed camera system is about to go live on the A17 between King’s Lynn and Sutton Bridge.

Seven cameras have been installed and are about to go operational on a stretch of road where there have been a series of fatal and serious collisions.

The local newspaper, the Fenland Citizen reports that the latest fatality happened in December when a 21-year-old woman died in a collision which will now be in the middle of the new enforcement scheme.

Geoff Collins, Sales & Marketing Director at Vysionics says the company has put in a record number of schemes over the past year, of which this is the latest.
