Steve Isaacs, ex associate director with TRL (Transport Research Laboratory), has joined Stirling Lloyd as Safetrack brand manager.

His new post will see him managing a range of products that have been developed by the company to solve highway issues.

The range will include solutions for high friction anti-skid surfaces, crack and joint repair materials, coloured surfacings, line marking materials and cycle track materials.

Isaacs (pictured) said: “With asset management solutions driving value to the forefront of decision making, as opposed to lowest installation cost, engineers will be demanding faster installation, higher quality and longer lasting solutions, and that is the basis of Stirling Lloyd’s Safetrack product range.”

He brings over 30 years experience of highway knowledge with him, having managed a number of local authorities technical facilities, delivered quality systems for asphalt producers and established himself as a business developer for consultants and suppliers.
