As the 25th ITS World Congress draws to a close Talking Transport is your trusted guide to the final day of the event, sponsored by Michigan Economic Development Corporation, SWARCO, Jenoptik and SNC Lavalin business Atkins.  You can listen here.

In today’s programme we talk micromobility with SWARCO’s solution to help improve the safety and therefore take-up of cycling in a city and we also look at modelling MaaS with PTV’s latest thinking on the subject based on new simulation.

Safety, or rather Saphety is discussed with Danish company Saphe that is promoting its new after-market device to improve warnings into vehicles, we hear from Cohda Wireless about their safety solution with connected street lights and Control F1 explain their in-car AI solution about driver behaviour.

We also look forward to next year’s World Congress in Singapore and Prof Eric Sampson explains what you ought to make time to go to on the last day of the event.
