ITS (UK) has confirmed it is once again taking an exhibition stand at the ITS European Congress to allow members a cost-effective way of meeting current and potential clients at the continent’s main industry event this year.
This is the nineteenth time the society has hosted an exhibition stand. ITS (UK) says its aim is to ensure that its members are given the opportunity to showcase themselves in one space, and facilitate networking with each other as well as building foreign contacts and working together to show the best of UK ITS.
The organisation says its stand also functions as a meeting point for all British delegates and offers a vast number of foreign contacts for members.
ITS (UK) says that, in response to member feedback, the cost of participating on the stand has been cut to just £2,750 + VAT. For this, participants get a range of benefits including a listing in the Congress exhibition catalogue, stand space, shared use of seating, tea and coffee, introductions and message taking, press laision and PR and inclusion on the ITS (UK) website and Twitter feed.
ITS (UK) Secretary General Jennie Martin said, “Some of our members question the value of taking out a stand of their own for events, but still wish to be there. We as the industry society recognise that we have a role to play in helping British companies meet and network at such an important event and that we are uniquely placed to facilitate this.”
Members have until 5th May to book by contacting the ITS (UK) Secretariat.
