Highways England launches stakeholder survey

Highways England says it’s seeking valuable feedback from its strategic partners and stakeholders with the aim of “enhancing understanding of how Highways England is perceived and how they can improve”.

The Government-owned business seeking views from representatives of organisations that they interact with or that may be impacted by their work, that use or rely on England’s motorways and major A roads.

HE says it’ll use feedback to help better understand priorities as well as develop and enhance communication planning, but that only organisations that uses or relies on Highways England’s roads should take part.

TRL is collecting this data on behalf of Highways England. All responses will be anonymised prior to being shared with Highways England so respondents are asked to “please be as honest as possible”.
