Ennis Prismo owner in major merger

The American parent company of road safety products specialist Ennis Prismo is merging with another highways business.

Ennis Traffic Safety Solutions is to merge with Flint Trading to form a new company, ENNIS-FLINT.

Bryce Anderson, CEO of Ennis Traffic Safety Solutions and Steve Vetter, CEO of Flint Trading confirmed the deal last week to merge their two industry-leading road marking businesses.

Steve Vetter has been named Chief Executive Officer and Matt Soule as Chief Financial Officer of the combined company.

Bryce Anderson retains his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The merger is expected to be complete by the second quarter of this year.

ENNIS-FLINT will continue to operate out of corporate offices located in Dallas, Texas and Thomasville, North Carolina.Ennis Prismo’s headquarters will remain in Chorley, UK.
