EM strengthens management team

EM Highway Services has strengthened its executive management team with the appointment of three new directors.

Andrew Bradshaw (pictured left) has joined EM as commercial director bringing with him a wealth of experience in senior commercial positions at Tarmac and most recently, as director of contracting at Aggregate Industries.Andy Bradshaw

Dave Merrick (pictured right) is appointed as Highways Agency operations director to deliver greater operational consistency across EM’s Highways Agency contracts and further develop its self-delivery capability. Merrick will also have responsibility for safety, health and environment as well as the management of the EM fleet.Dave Merrick

Scott Cooper (pictured bottom) is appointed as Highways Agency contract director. As well as managing the Area 9 commission, Cooper will take the lead in driving performance consistency across all EM’s Highways Agency contracts.
