The NZ Transport Agency is looking around the world for a National Incident and Event Management System.
It wants to find a single, national system which will help standardise practices and data quality for its Transport Operating Centres.
It says this will enable consistent customer information, effective responses to network events and eventually analytics to create standard operating procedures.
It says any solution will include the required implementation and support services,
