Artist turns potholes into mini gardens

An east London artist is highlighting the pothole plague across the capital by turning them into mini gardens.

Steve Wheen has spent the last four years searching out potholes on London’s streets, which he fills with miniature garden displays.

The “guerrilla gardener” says he wants to bring “moments of happiness” to anyone who stumbles across one of his creations.
